During the nutrition sessions you will learn about yourself and what good nutrition is. Each week we will add a customized upper/lower body strength training split for you. Another option is, we are developing a seminar series to teach athletes proper nutrition, and leading to more advance topics. $400 for 4 weeks (paid in full) works out to be $25 per session when compared to $60-$90 per session for personal training.
